Pricing can be tricky especially with baked goods...especially when you know how much time and effort you put in everything you do. My best advice is to see what everyone else is charging and charge that. You can go a little more or a little less but just stay within that range.
I go up every year on some items due to rising costs in inventory. And I suggest you do the same. Keep up with trends and ride them until it's time for the next one. Pricing may fluctuate but don't allow anyone to make you question your pricing. Your price is your price and if your product is as good as you say it is, all will be well and your customers will find you. Just be visible!
